Inclusives at the Präau-Gut

• Bed and table linen, towels, satellite TV and hairdryer are provided in the apartment and the double room
• Ski depot and ski boot drying room are available
• You can use our new infrared heat cabin for relaxation free of charge

Summer bonus at the Präau High Alpine Hut

If you stay 7 nights or more in the holiday apartment or double room, you can spend one of these nights on the Präau-Hochalm (on request and subject to availability). Included is the overnight stay with dinner and breakfast.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed in the holiday apartment or the double room.
• You are welcome to take your four-legged darling to the Präau-Hochalm for an overnight stay at no extra charge.

Internet

Free internet access via Wi-Fi in the apartment and the double room.

Home-made organic produce

You can purchase home-made produce such as jams, honey, juices, liqueurs, schnapps, farmer’s bread, eggs, alpine cheese, fresh milk amongst other things from us on the farm.

Parking

There are plenty of parking spaces available.

Non-smoking farm

Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes outdoors.

Arrival & Departure

The apartment and the double room are available from 3.00 pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.

Deposit & Payment

To confirm your booking we require a deposit to be transferred to our bank account. The remainder should be paid on the evening prior to departure in cash.

Conditions of cancellation

Please understand that in case of an early departure or a late arrival the booked days and persons will be charged as per reservation. We thank you for your understanding. Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Travel insurance

A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure cancellation charges will be made. Anything can happen (illness, accident…). Therefore we recommend you take out Travel Insurance.
