Home-made Produce
All animals from the Präaugut Farm are up at the Präau High Alpine Hut in the summer. From our cow’s fresh milk we make butter and cheese daily and the home-made fresh bread comes straight from our farm. The healthy, healing nature of the alpine meadows offers a rich variety of herbs and plants, which we use with love and care to make high-quality organic produce.
